- how Alexander lost all his money in the book Alexander, Who Used To Be Rich Last Sunday.
2nd Graders:
- fairy tales from around the world. The children read a traditional Cinderella fairy tale and compared it to different versions of the story from around the world.
Kindergartners and 1st Graders:
- hibernation and winter
